Influence of main environmental factors (temperature, intensity photosynthetically active radiation and tidal cycle) on the contents free amino acids (FAAs) in Fucus vesiculosus Barents Sea during day was investigated. An undular change content FAAs occurs day, associated with phases cycle. Temperature influenced FAAs, but their relation probably is a nonlinear. The most total amount reached highest values at minimum water level. lowest were determined when algae seawater. difference individual common amounts averaged 1.5-3 times day. reason for changes related to metabolic processes switching transition from an aquatic environment air vice versa.
